135 g of PURO Vegan Genoese Pesto
1 roll of puff pastry
10 cherry tomatoes
10 cherry mozzarella
HOW TO PREPARE IT:
Roll out the puff pastry and place 8 teaspoons of steel on it.
Cut the puff pastry with a knife following the shape of the teaspoon and bake everything at 200 degrees for 10/15 minutes.
Let cool and remove the teaspoons from the sheet.
Garnish with the vegan PURO pesto and decorate each teaspoon of pasta with a cherry tomato, a cherry mozzarella and the basil leaf.
