RECIPE FOR 2 PEOPLE:
135 g of PURO Red Pesto
100 g of semolina
50 g of mozzarella
6 black olives
HOW TO PREPARE IT:
For the dough, knead egg and semolina
Let it rest for about 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough thinly.
Prepare the filling by blending the mozzarella and olives, add the red pesto and use the mixture as a filling for the triangle.
Cook in salted water for about 7 minutes.
Decorate the dish alternating the pasta with cubes of mozzarella, slices of tomato, basil and PURO red pesto
